REM+ has literally changed how I sleep. I’ve always heard that sleep is important and absolutely vital for recovery, but no matter how many hours I slept, I would still wake up extremely tired. This is not just another magnesium supplement, I could sleep for only 4 hours due to intense work, but on REM+, it would be more than enough and I’d wake up with that extra kick, mental clarity, and just improved mood overall.

As for REM+, literally the first night I had dramatically improved sleep.
