At Forus, we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date even if the product has been opened.
Return Process & Eligibility
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Condition: We accept returns for both new (unopened) and used (opened) items under our satisfaction guarantee.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover 100% of the shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you are simply unhappy with the product and wish to return it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
